YUNXIAO TOOLS was established in 2013, is the emerging manufacturer of high-quality coating tools. It's located in
Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, China. Just 2 hours driving to Shanghai Port.
The existing plant area of the Company is 12000 square meters, nearly 100 employees, nearly 20 technical managers.
At present, the main products are paint brush, roller brush, paint tools.With stable quality products, the most competitive
price, we export to Europe, America and more than 36 countries. With an annual production capacity of 28 million,
the company has strong technical force and advanced production line, which continuously provides more varieties and
higher quality brushes for end-consumers and living applications.
The roller brush workshop introduced automatic frame bending machine, handle beating machine, several accessories
producing plastic and injection molding machine for plastic trays, and a number of automatic roller bristles making
integrated machines, which has Stable quality and efficient yield. We have multiple assembly line packaging equipment.
In addition, Yunxiao Factory has a production workshop for drop sheet, efficiently cooperate with production of paint tool set.
Paint brush workshop introduced a number of automatic number control shell machines, bristle chemical fiber mixing
machines, and automatic wool loading machine, to ensure uniform weight and neat length-out. Yunxiao Factory has
multiple lengthened multi-functional hair-combing machine. And we have a three-dimensional warehouse to store
materials and finished products. There are many testing equipments in the laboratory. Each workshop has an
independent QC team to escort.

Instructions for Use
Pour a small amount of paint into the deep end of a paint tray.
Push roller into paint, but do not cover axle.
Roll roller backwards and forwards over the ribbed section of the tray to evenly disperse paint over the refill.
Apply paint using long, even strokes in all directions.
Avoid using rapid strokes as this could cause the paint to splatter.
Always work from unpainted surface to painted surface to avoid lines.
Clean roller and tray immediately after use.
Return excess paint to the tin and wipe tray with a cloth or paper towel and clean with warm soapy water.
Remove excess paint from refill by rolling on a newspaper.
Remove refill head and clean thoroughly
