This handcrafted outdoor fire pit is constructed entirely of 3mm Cor-Ten steel. Commonly called "weathering steel" it will develop a beautifully brown layer of rust when exposed to the weather.

A steel fire pit cover that lays over the pit opening is also available. The fire pit cover and grill rack are sold separately. The cover is made of 1.5mm corten steel matched to the fire pit body. The material of grill rack is carbon steel (mild steel). Cooking will become easy with this grll rack. You can bake the food on it directly. You also can place a pot on it to cook.
The surface of the products have been treated. There are a few stains at the beginning. Don't worry about this. It will become very few after several months.
• Cor-ten steel products require very little maintenance. The protective coating of rust over the metal means there's no need for painting or costly rust-prevention work. That protective coating also slows the rate of future corrosion.They can hold outside 365 days a year. No storaging needed.
• To prolong the life of corten steel products, we recommend cleaning the steel with a sturdy brush as often as you can.
• Make sure your product is situated in a place where it can quickly dry after rain.
